Scott Love improves the performance of recruiters and the profitability of search firms and staffing agencies by creating systems that are replicable. Over 4,000 search firms from 30 countries have invested in his training materials. Love is a trainer to the recruiting and sales industries, and just like you, he works a desk every day. In his search practice, he grows law firms and accelerates the careers of partner-level attorneys through a recruitment niche focused solely on partners, groups, and law firm mergers. His firm, The Attorney Search Group, has offices in Washington, D.C. and New York City.
Love has written two books on recruiting and over 250 articles on leadership, sales, and recruiting. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Selling Power Magazine, numerous major city daily newspapers, and dozens of business journals and international business magazines, and has been published monthly in The Fordyce Letter.
After graduating from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland in 1989, Scott served on active duty as third in command of a U.S. Navy ship. During his shore duty tour, he was a leadership trainer and organizational development consultant at the world’s largest naval base. Love began his career in executive search after resigning his commission as an officer in the United States Navy.
When he’s not working, Love may be found playing golf, beating his friends at poker, spending time with family, and giving back to his community. He lives and works in Washington D.C. with his wife and daughter.
